Yes. All sessions are virtual so you can join from the comfort of your home. Online therapy makes it easy to begin exactly where you are, both emotionally and physically, and offers flexibility that fits into your daily life.
You can schedule a consultation through my website, Headway profile, or Psychology Today listing. A consultation gives us a chance to talk about what you are looking for and make sure we are a good fit before beginning therapy together. A consultation helps us learn about each other. You can share what brings you to therapy, and I can explain how I support clients. Finding the right therapist is important, and this first step helps us start on the same page.
I encourage appropriate parent involvement because therapy often works best when families are connected and working together. I keep parents updated and engaged in ways that support the teen’s progress while creating a healthy and aligned family environment. Confidentiality is very important in therapy. When working with minors, there are some limits. Parents or guardians may be involved in certain parts of treatment when it supports safety or progress. I will always explain confidentiality clearly in our first session so everyone understands how information is shared and protected.
Individual private-pay sessions are $180 per hour long session. I also accept some insurance providers and have a variety of options for payment. Get in touch and we can figure out what will work best for your unique situation.
